2 cups of Quinoa
1 1/2 cups of water
1 bunch of carrots
1 bunch of Dinosaur Kale (or other greens depending on your box contents)
1/2 bunch of Radishes (about 6)
4 red bunching onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. of cumin
1/2 tbsp. of salt
1 tsp of pepper
3 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
